Vector Titer Optimizer
Redesign a lentiviral transfer-plasmid transgene's codon sequence to raise packaging titer — remove cryptic splice sites, poly-A signals, and repeats while keeping CAI in an expression-safe band.
The titer score is a transparent, mechanistic packaging-favorability proxy (0–100) — not a validated titer predictor. It stays uncalibrated until measured wet-lab titers (TU/mL) are ingested. Codon choice is one lever; backbone, Ψ/RRE, insert size and producer line also govern titer.
