CAR Interface Assessment

Beta

Isolated-arm structural triage for dual-target CAR designs. Four child Interface jobs model intended pairs and counter-screens; their pose metrics are hypotheses for review, not proof of binding or specificity.

Scope boundary

This page runs four independent isolated-arm pose predictions. It does not model the fused chain, membrane context, or prove binding/cross-binding.

Next phase

Linker and orientation are stored only as metadata in this mode. Changing them cannot change any child prediction.

Current mode

Phase 1 pairwise

Creates four sequence-to-complex child jobs. Each requests 5 candidate poses so the platform can assess convergence.

Run pairwise matrix

Paste each isolated binding arm separately, plus two antigen ECD sequences. The exact 2 x 2 child inputs are previewed before submission.

Orientation and linker are saved with the parent record for traceability; neither is sent to the four child predictors.
