G-protein Design-around

M1

Upload candidate viral glycoproteins, run VSV-G / Cocal-G 354 technical triage, and download a review-ready CSV / JSON evidence pack.

New Assessment

Green / amber / red are technical triage bands only. The output supports wet-lab and IP review; it is not an FTO opinion.

Tooltips / Field Guide

Global amino-acid identity to the VSV-G reference. <70% is the useful design-around watch line; <85% alone is not enough.

Global identity to Cocal-G. A candidate close to Cocal-G can recreate the same 354-equivalent risk story.

Candidate residues aligned to VSV-G positions 47 and 354. This is a triage mapping, not a claim chart.

Technical triage band: green, amber, red, or unknown. It is evidence for review, not a legal conclusion.

Tutorial

1. Prepare candidates

Upload a curated candidate FASTA or use a narrow UniProt query. Avoid broad polyprotein dumps for the first screen.

2. Add references

Optional VSV-G / Cocal-G FASTA references make the run reproducible. If omitted, the backend fetches P03522 and O56677.

3. Run and poll

The API stores inputs and outputs under a job ID, then the page polls until the assessment finishes.

4. Download review pack

Download CSV for spreadsheet review, JSON for downstream scripts, and manifest for provenance.

assessments.csv

Spreadsheet review table.

assessments.json

Machine-readable full result.

manifest.json

Inputs, references, counts, risk note.

Step 1/2 Smoke Test Report

Active UniProt recall plus VSV-G / Cocal-G comparison. Shows top candidates and the AlphaFold-ready hand-off list.
